Refund & Return Policy

Refund Eligibility

All paid programs are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. Digital access is non-transferable; once accessed, it cannot be resold or transferred to another user.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@sproutspark.world with your purchase confirmation and reason for return. We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by financial institution but typically occurs within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Free materials, promotional items, and gifts are non-refundable. Consultations and personalized coaching sessions cannot be refunded once scheduled or conducted.

Content Limitation

If you have accessed more than 25% of program content, you are ineligible for a refund. "Accessing" includes viewing, downloading, or engaging with course materials. Viewing the table of contents does not count as material access.

Cancellations

You may cancel your program access within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.

Organizational Licenses

Team and organizational licenses have a separate refund window of 14 days. Custom quotes are subject to negotiated refund terms discussed at time of purchase.

Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that was denied, please contact us with detailed explanation. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

No Satisfaction Guarantee Beyond Policy

This refund policy represents our commitment to customer satisfaction. Results vary individually. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction levels; refunds are based on the policy terms stated above.
